Our business.

I started out subcontracting for local builders, just myself and my ambitions. Before I knew it, we became a dynamic duo, tackling subcontracting and modest projects. Today, we’ve grown into a nine-strong team, mentoring apprentices and specializing in crafting bespoke homes and innovative multi-dwelling developments. Our work spans renovations and extensions, all underpinned by our commitment to energy efficient principles.

Along the way, we faced challenges. It became clear that following the traditional builder’s route we’d observed wasn’t for us. Lean 2 Constructions is about pioneering our path, breaking the mold to create something truly unique.

This led us to a moment of reflection, where we looked back at our achievements and pondered how we could use our experiences to enrich our service. From this introspection, the L2C process emerged: a custom, step-by-step journey designed to ensure every client experiences the warmth, dedication, and excellence we bring to every project. This approach is ever-evolving, as we continually refine our practices based on new insights and experiences, all with the goal of making your journey with us not just satisfactory, but memorably delightful.
